Our Seabass is known as local 'Siakap', caught in the wild, in Kuala Selangor. We use Salmon from the open seas of Norway.
All our dishes are made with free-range 'Kampung' Chicken, & kampung eggs from a family farm in Ipoh.
We use only Grass-fed Lamb!
We use grass-fed Australian beef. We believe cattle raised on their natural diet produces a more nutritious meat. Grass-fed beef contains less monounsaturated fat, more Omega-3s, and more conjugated lien oleic acid (CLA) than their grain-fed counterparts.
